The orders will be shipped by courier service (FedEx/DHL/UPS) CPT. Please make sure to indicate full complete shipping address which can be used on courier service.
Please note that insurance is not covered. Any insurance is needed, either please contact us or place a order with insurance with additional cost.
For any orders without insurance, buyer will be responsible for any loss and damage once the order has shipped.
Please note that any import duties, taxes, and charges is not covered.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges should be borne by buyer.
Please check with your country`s custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to order.
These charges are normally collected by delivering freight (shipping) company.

Returns are accepted for defective products or in case that the delivered product is different from your order. (no charges)
ATAGO does accept returns for placing wrong order, but with charges.
20% from the item price will be charged as re-stocking fee + shipping fee will be charged and will be refunded.
Please note that the refund can only be processed once the item is back to our facility.
