Measurement Method 3 Easy Steps

Let's try measuring different fruits and vegetable with the MASTER-ONE

  • tomato cut and squeeze to extract juice, brix:5~6%
  • corn squeeze corn kernel to extract juice, brix:14~17%
  • pumpkin use a juice press to extract juice, brix:9~20%
  • potato measure a thinly sliced potato, brix:4~6%
  • carrot measure a thinly sliced carrot/potato, brix:5~7%
  • cucumber cut and squeeze to extract juice , brix:5~7%
  • grape squeeze to extract juice, brix:15~20%
  • orange squeeze to extract juice, brix:12~14%
  • strawberry squeeze to extract juice, brix:8~9%
  • mango use juice from when cutting mango, brix:10~14%
  • grapefruit use juice from when cutting grapefruit, brix:0~11%
  • pinapple use juice from when cutting pinapple, brix:10~11%
  • lemon use juice from when cutting lemon, brix:7~8%
  • cherry squeeze to extract juice, brix:12~17%

The sugar level is an estimated value measured from general fruits and vegetables. For measuring solid samples, please take measurements from the same area on each sample. If you would like to determine the overall average sugar level, extract juice from all areas of the sample (top, bottom, inside, outside—sugar levels vary depending on the area) and proceed with measurement.
